We are certain you will be delighted with your RuHH Jewelry purchase. We take great care in handcrafting our products, and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, as also wrong delivery or genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please return the same within 7 business days from the date you received the item. For returns to be accepted, it has to be returned in its original packaging and MOST IMPORTANTLY original condition.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution before sending it out. Based on the resolution we will happily offer an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs).
To return or exchange a product wrongly delivered. damaged in transit, or a defective item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongly delivered/ damaged/ defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Once the return is accepted , please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed
It may be noted that no refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.), then RuHH will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
Refunds will be credited credit back to ythe ame payment gateway. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
We stand by the quality of our products. RuHH creations are carefully handcrafted. If an item breaks due to irregular delivery process, we will be happy to repair/ replace it if notified within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
